Re-Sale of ATON Products by Unauthorized Internet Resellers
The following is a description of our policy regarding unauthorized selling of ATON products. ATON is committed to selling quality products and ensuring that our authorized Retailers are able to offer you the best products at competitive prices. In order to maintain control over the distribution of our products, and ensure that only quality products reach consumers, we do not authorize the re-sale of ATON products by unauthorized Internet resellers. Recently, it has come to our attention that a number of unauthorized Retailers are offering our products for sale on the Internet, sold "as new". We are unsure as to how our products are making their way into the hands of these unauthorized resellers. Product sold by unauthorized resellers may be stolen, used, refurbished, discontinued and/or pirated. We are investigating any such sales that come to our attention, and taking serious efforts to stop these sales. ATON is deeply concerned that if you purchase from such a source, you may not be getting a quality ATON product, and that product may not be covered by warranty. For example, stolen merchandise may not contain appropriate serial numbers, date codes and other information necessary to process a warranty claim and verify the authenticity of the product. Discontinued, used or refurbished product may be out of warranty, even if the authenticity can be verified. Pirated product would also not be covered by warranty. Many of these unauthorized sites advertising ATON products are in the process of being shut down. Some claim to have "factory new A stock product." Please note, this is incorrect. When you order product from them, serial numbers are almost always scraped off, and therefore NOT factory new product. This is highly illegal and will not be tolerated by ATON. Should you chose to purchase this product, you will not have any recourse for the product functioning, factory warranty, service and more. |
